I specially made the top 6 inch tutu for a 3 week old infant girl and used ribbon to tie it.(elastic was not sewn together, left adjustable to tighten or loosen) This is easily done upon special request. Here are just a few new ones I would like to share. I also just finised the 2 bowss.(which are on alligator clip and easily attaches to any of my headbands, waffle baby beanies, or the crochet beanies.
